Everybody knows about the vaccine wars. On the one side are the so-called “antivaxxers” who think vaccines are making kids sick. Opposite them is the “pro-science” faction who think vaccines are the greatest thing since sliced bread and if you don’t get them humanity is doomed.
After the “vaccine wars” comes the next controversy: Is there really more chronic illness in the United States? Children’s Health Defense, the outfit run by Bobby Kennedy claims the following:
Either this is true or it is not. If you decide that it is true then the question becomes, what is the cause? Some people think mercury, others aluminum, others glyphosate, others too much screen time and so on.People like myself have decided that it is mostly mercury behind all these problems.
The question then becomes, if mercury is behind most of this chronic illness, how do you get it out of your body? Some people say cilantro, others zeolites, others homeopathy, others chelation. In the chelation camp, you have Boyd Hayley who is developing a new product, Chris Shade, owner of Quicksilver Scientific with a bunch of expensive products and an estimated annual income of 22.3 million dollars and the Andy Cutler people which is us.
All we’ve got is three books and a couple of Facebook groups.I used the Cutler protocol and it stopped me from getting early-onset dementia and cured my chronic fatigue and other serious health issues. I co-wrote a book about the protocol with Andy called The Mercury Detoxification Manual. In The Mercury Detoxification Manual, Andy specifically warns against one of Quicksilver’s products, IMD, which he refers to as “A proprietary formula of unknown composition that our experience suggests that some people do not tolerate well. It is held out as binding metals in the intestines which is not useful for detoxification.”I don’t suppose Chris Shade, who owns Quicksilver, regarded that opinion kindly. Recently he took several retaliatory swipes at the Cutler protocol in a long interview conducted by one of our erstwhile Facebook group members, Becky Davila and a functional medical doctor, Dr.
Armen Nikogosian. [long interview]We were not happy with this interview. For us, Chris Shade is a scientific
lightweight and we feel he attacked the AC protocol because Andy is dead and he could get away with it. That and because Andy said negative things about one of his products. This is not just a political squabble.
*According to what Andy taught, several of Quicksilver’s products are outright dangerous and will cause redistribution of mercury into the brain and other sensitive organs. So please stay tuned for episode 2 of “The Chelation Wars,” coming up soon. I am not a scientist, but a couple of my colleagues are. They are going to reread the papers in question and reply to Chris Shade’s comments.
